AirJaldi is a social enterprise established in Dharamsala, India that builds feature-rich internet infrastructures for rural Indian communities. The following is what Yahel Ben-David, AirJaldi's Co-Founder and CTO, has to say about JAJAH's services:

Some of AirJaldi's team members are in constant contact with our foreign partners as well as our own members who travel abroad.
While we use VoIP solutions for international calling from within our office and local networks, we often have to place calls while in the field, from our mobile phones.
Traditionally, international calling from Indian mobile devices has been prohibitively expensive, not to mention impossible with some providers/plans. It's therefore really great that AirJaldi can use JAJAH to place international calls from our mobile phones at very affordable rates.
Some of the local cellular providers in India do offer very low-cost and unlimited GPRS data services, which is a further reason why we find the JAJAH application (for Symbian) to be an attractive option for day-to-day use!
I must also point out that the voice quality of JAJAH's calling service is perfect! Something which unfortunately we cannot always say about traditional VoIP solutions, which are dependent on often-erratic desktop connections — a problem that we often face here in rural India.
JAJAH is a good example of how a unique technological innovation can enable deserving communities with affordable telephony solutions!
We love JAJAH — it's a valuable tool in helping the AirJaldi team meet our social goals.
We at AirJaldi wish JAJAH success and growth!
